Flea Treatment

Our flea policy states we will charge £10 extra should your dog have fleas. This covers our cleaning procedure and natural flea shampoo.

Matted Dogs

If your dog is in a matted state and needs shaving off as stated in the Animal Welfare Act 2006, by signing the Grooming Disclaimer you are granting us permission to do so. There will be an extra charge of £10 added to the original grooming price.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your appointment we will require at least 24 hours notice.

 

Toilet

Please ensure your dog has had the opportunity to go to the toilet before the groom. 

 

Behaviour and Temperament

I do not groom aggressive dogs or a dog that is at risk of hurting itself or me. The client must disclose all details about their dog’s behaviour and temperament. If a dog bites, shows any aggression or other dangerous behaviour’s the groom will immediately stop, this is for the dog’s safety and mine. Full payment for the appointment will be due.
